My teaching style is flow. Expect class to move with a gentle to moderate pace, sequencing postures will vary. Props and modifications are offered and encouraged so everyone can enjoy the practice.

In 2014, I completed a 200hr YTT course with West-East Yoga. It was an introduction into a new world. What was initially fun poses and breath movements evolved into a life practice. Later, in 2016 through Circle Yoga Shala, an additional 300hr advanced yoga teacher training course furthered my practice and approach to teaching.
